Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
RETURN POLICY:
Spotted Clothing will gladly exchange or refund items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original state: unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and must have all tags attached. Please note: Buyers are responsible to pay for return shipping charges. Spotted Clothing will only pay for return shipping charges if the item was not the same item as the listing.
Spotted Clothing items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days after receiving the package. All returned items will be refunded in the original form of payment.
If You Are Shipping Your Return:
Please pack and seal your return securely using an insured carrier service. Your shipment must be sent prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. Please message Spotted Clothing the tracking number via email. Once item the item is received, a refund will be issued.
